About us
Important Ordering Information
Blueprint Prices
Our home plans are priced according to the total heated living space of the
home. Garages, porches, decks and unfinished basements are not included in
this living area. A minimum order of five sets is required; additional sets
may be purchased individually. For your convenience, plan prices are shown
in each plan’s detail page.

License Agreement, Copy
Restrictions and Copyright Information
When you purchase a blueprint or reproducible set, we, as Licensor, grant
you, as Licensee, the right to use these documents to construct a single
unit. All of the plans in this publication are protected under the Federal
Copyright Act, Title XVII of the United States Code and Chapter 37 of the
Code of Federal Regulations. Each of our designers retains title and
ownership of the original documents. The blueprints licensed to you cannot
be resold or used by any other person, copied or reproduced by any means.
When you purchase a reproducible set, you reserve the right to modify and
reproduce the plan. Reproducible sets cannot be resold or used by any other
person to construct a home.
Compliance with Codes
We authorize the use of our blueprints expressly conditioned upon your
obligation and agreement to strictly comply with all local building codes,
ordinances, regulations and requirements—including permits and inspections
at the time of construction. The plans reproduced in this publication are
not blueprints. Homeplans.com cannot guarantee the accuracy of the floor
plans, renderings and technical data— which were supplied to us by the
architects and designers—that appear in this publication. Therefore, this
information should not be used as a guide either for building a home or for
securing a building estimate for a particular plan.
Architectural and
Engineering Seals
The increased concern over energy costs and safety has prompted many cities
and states to require an architect or engineer to review and “seal” a
blueprint prior to construction. There may be a fee for this service. Please
contact your local lumberyard, municipal building department, builders
association, or local chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIA)
or the American Institute of Building Design (AIBD) for more information.
Note: Plans for homes to be built in Delaware, Nevada, New Jersey or New
York may have to be re-drawn and sealed by a design professional licensed in
the state in which they are to be built. There will likely be a fee for this
service. Residents of these states are advised to obtain this information
before ordering their blueprints.
